Scott M. McCullough – Attorney at Law

Scott is a director at The Pi Fund and The McCullough Group who specializes in estate, business, asset protection and charitable planning.  Scott is a member of the Utah State Bar and the American Bar Association.  Scott received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Utah State University and his JD from Brigham Young University.  Scott is the past president of the Utah State Bar, Estate Planning Section, President of the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council and frequent speaker and author on estate, business, charitable and asset protection planning techniques.


In the community Scott served as Chairman of the Board for the Salt Lake Community College Foundation Board.  Scott is the immediate past president of the Utah/Idaho Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund board of directors, and has previously served as the chairman of the Primary Children’s Hospital Planned Giving Committee and on the board of directors for the Utah Planned Giving Roundtable, Special Olympics Utah, and as a volunteer for Utah’s Wills for Heroes events.


Scott chairs the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Committee.


Scott and his wife have four children. He enjoys being outside as much as possible, preferably on skis (snow or water) or a bike (road or mountain).
